Helping people on their journey to quiet the storm inside and to feel better has become my life’s work. The process of doing so begins with facing the challenges presented to us. This is best said in a favorite quote of mine: “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” – James Baldwin. After working with a counselor myself in my mid-twenties, facing the need for change in my own life, I made the decision to become a counselor and help others to do the same. Creating change and feeling more emotionally healthy is a powerful experience. I would love to help you develop the skills and resiliency needed to feel emotionally well.
